Our contact form uses Jetpack Forms. Contact form submissions are stored in the WordPress database on our hosting account and may also be sent to the site owner by email. Jetpack documentation states that form submissions can include information such as the submitter’s name, email address, message, IP address and timestamp. We use this information only for the purposes described above. The separate homepage newsletter signup is handled through Jetpack Newsletter.
